My Philosophy

I believe that even in our most profound moments of brokenness and vulnerability, there is tremendous potential for healing, growth, and insight.

As a licensed psilocybin facilitator, I believe in the innate wisdom of my clients to discover their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and I am here to help you achieve that. My job as your facilitator is to create a space that is safe, supportive and conducive to healing.

Healing from trauma and the wounds of our world calls for someone to hold your experience as a witness, to partner with you, and create a safe space for you to do the hard work that you are being called to do. I am ready to be that compassionate guide, to offer a sanctuary where healing and growth can flourish.

My Experience

Hi and welcome to Healing By The River. I am a licensed facilitator, a first-generation immigrant, a graduate of Synaptic Institute’s Entheogenic Medicine Program and a current student in Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry program.

My deep commitment to my clients is informed and fueled by my own healing journey.

I experienced intense, unresolved grief following my father’s tragic death; It was only through psychedelic therapy that I experienced profound healing.

My mission is to support individuals navigating complex grief and profound loss as well as those experiencing depression and anxiety. My expertise and interest also extends to working with individuals coping with Traumatic Brain Injuries as well as caregivers who need support. (Hi, I see you.)

I live in Hood River, Oregon with my partner, Adam, and our 86-pound Rhodesian Ridgeback named Talulah where we spend our time in the forests, at the orchards, or in my garden which I’m slowly converting into a pollinating meadow.
